Can I plant in the Fall?

Fall really is the best time to plant. Its the perfect time to put perennials such as campanula, candytuft, coreopsis, delphinium, dianthus, foxglove, gaillardia, geum, Mexican evening primrose, penstemon, phlox. salvia and yarrow.
