The Nursery is Filling Up With Cool New Stuff!

New plants, New displays and New cool stuff (actually that is almost literally true – we just took delivery from a manufacturer called “Very Cool Stuff”).

We got the neat metal sculptures with very interesting coloration on the metal. Suns, Moons, and Stars. We were almost running out of Gazing Globes, but a fresh batch of those has just arrived. Every size and flavor of Dr. Earth Organic fertilizer, from 4# to 50#, from fruits and veggies to roses and pine trees. I have a simple story on Dr. Earth’s effectiveness, superiority, and success, but trust me you’ll love it.

By the time you read this we will have received plants from Oregon, Pasadena, Oxnard, Fresno, Gilroy, Visalia, Porterville and Fallbrook, CA, from 9 different growers and 15 different deliveries all in the last 10 days. It is almost like Christmas for us 2-3 times per week this time of year; opening up the doors to the trucks and always being impressed with what we have ordered and been sent. Unloading all the trucks is a treat!

Lots of Tehachapi certified plants are pouring into the nursery. Various Lilacs, Forsythia, Flowering Trees, Lavender, Rosemary, Succulents, Holly, Ornamental Grasses, Perennials, Annuals and lots of Pansies, Snapdragons and Primrose…a veritable cornucopia of color!
